Streetscapes/Interiorscapes Project Crew Leader
We are looking for a Project Lead to work full time, year round, leading a team of two or three people. A general knowledge of plants, light requirements, and watering needs is necessary. Management experience is preferred. Must be able to qualify for company car insurance coverage. Job duties include:
- Manage and lead a crew performing installation of plant projects for the department.
- Coordinate daily with Facilitator. Check work orders and make sure the information is clear and concise. Plan equipment needed and advance prep for tools…ex. Charging equipment.
- Perform proper installation techniques including staging, planting and holiday décor set up.
- Perform proper trash removal and clean up procedures following the installation process.
- Perform proper tool maintenance.
- Perform proper vehicle procedures…ex. Gas fill ups
- Report back with any discrepancies of quantities used or information from the job site.
- Implement proper use of water truck.
- Coordinate watering schedule for water bay plants.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain a high quality of service.
- Train crew on proper procedures for these duties.
